Velez & Poggi, LLC was established on 2016 by James Velez Poggi, civil engineer with over 16 years of experiences in the construction & pharmaceutical industries of Puerto Rico. Experience ranging from management, commissioning & validation in sectors like infrastructure & plant utilities, power & generation, potable and waste water systems, fire protection systems, cleaning & passivation. Having manage all project phases from initiation & business case to design & planning as well as execution & turnover. James’ experience encompasses civil, mechanical and electrical disciplines. One of James’ most important project was Caguas Cultural and Botanical Garden “William Miranda Marin” in Caguas, PR.
Velez & Poggi LLC specializes in being a one stop project management solution, focusing on understanding the clients need and working toward developing solutions that meet and exceed clients’ expectations. Velez & Poggi, LLC has provided project management, construction management and scheduling services with outstanding project delivery for projects such as AMGEN Enbrel Tech Transfer project & AMGEN Repatha New Product Introduction.
